it really takes a burden off of us who will rely on your writeups to do the install.
my set should be received today so this weekend will be dedicated to making a go of it.

Hey Kev, r u goin to put ur HID on this weekend. If so can I be on the side taking notes? I want to actually see a set being put in. I can help too.

I should be installing it this weekend, but it might be in the middle of the night because we are in the process of moving into a new place (finally have garage space ). If the installation is successful, I'll help you out on yours.

Thanks Kev. Cuz I'm looking at both of the write up and couldn't really decide which one to use. But most likely Alex's writeup since he got the Hi-beam to work. And since I don't have the tool or the extra things needed, I really need to see it thru and see how ppl hook it all up and get it to work properly. I don't know if adding relay is good a good thing or not. Plus I don't really want to have my hi-beam light blinking.

I would use the relays. You should eliminate the HI-beam indicator light and provide MORE POWER to your HI-beams.

The HIDs will NOT flicker with EITHER setup.
