I was wondering.
Has any one ever heard that your auto insurance varies depending on what color your car is. I was thinking of painting my y2k yellow or a powder blue but anyway. has any one put 19 inch wheels on a max i was thinking about some O.Z super leggera's cause i heard there really light but strong and does anybody know where i can purchase a sweet body kit for my max.
also has any one else a had a horrible moldy smell come out of their a/c.

Alright you are asking racks of different questions all on the same thread. On top of that a Poll that aint got nothing to do with the question. Need to keep it straight.

Yes it has always been an issue with the insurance company since more "attractive" and bight colors are more often stolen. But the difference is not that great that you will be taking a hit on your payments.

There are a couple of people on the board that are running 19" rims. They will fit fine as long as you get the correct offset. If you get the incorrect offset you will run into a problem of the wheels rubbing the wheel well when you car hit a bump. "rocketshipon19" has NICE 19" Momo M1 Chrome wheels.

does anybody know where i can purchase a sweet body kit for my max.
Stillen makes a kit. Or you can always get a Anniversary Edition Kit. Or you can get a Ninja Kit. Search to see where you can get them from and what kinds there are. Also check the Group Deals Forum, I saw something there last night.

also has any one else a had a horrible moldy smell come out of their a/c.
I have the smell come only when it is turned off for awhile and turned back on. This is normal for "RICE" (Japan) cars. Happened in my friends Honda, Lexus, and Acura.

hell yeah, just spray Ozium into the vents... Ozium is an air neutralizer that smells bad for like a day or two after you spray it, but then all the smells go away completely. Also, my girlfriend just got me the sharper image Ionic Breeze for the dash! Tiiiiiight... my car smells like ozone now.

Search the forums. there was a discussion on a thread that psing started. if you are planning on keeping your car for a long time then go with whatever color but if you are going to sell it in a couple of years, painting the car a diffrent color will affect the resale value. Just something to think about. If you don't care about resale value take a look at the Majestic Blue maximas at the local Nissan dealer and see how you like it. Personally I like Majestic Blue. Good Luck.

Ok I'll look in to that , i really dont car about resale cause i've already "ruined it" with the PS2 and dvd I had installed into it. I like the majestic blue but I was thinking a more "non-stock" type color like powder blue or maybe milano red, crazy for a max but yellow sounds kinda cool too!

Psing23 was looking into a gs300 blue or something like that. Also mentioned was mercedes silver or something like that. Only advice i will give is make sure that you will like it and take your time on your decision. I can't picture yellow on a maxima, i guess I would have to see it but read Big Dogs comment about colors, cops and insurance. I think he makes a good point on that. Also i don't see how you ruin the cars resale by putting in a PS and DVD. But anyway, good luck and post pics.
