I know you guys have been talking about this for a loooooong time. But I've never had the problems that people talk about. I have til 36k miles to get this done right? Should I try to get it done even though it doesn't seem that I'm experiencing any of these problems?

You'll know if you have the problem. Car is really jerky when cruising between on and off throttle. I'm pretty sure they will fix this after 36K, but to be sure get it in prior. The service guy said I would lose gas mileage after the ECU program was done. WTF? If my car is erkin and jerkin it gets better mileage? I didn't care about mileage, I just wanted to be able to drive my car in rush hour w/o getting whiplash. Good luck.

Hmmmm... yeah I don't feel that I have anything out of the ordinary. I wonder why I don't seem to have the problem, and others do.

I took my car into Hempstead Nissan in LINY. They have one of those "know-it-all" receptionists who insisted that there was nothing wrong with my car and that in order to do the Fuel-Cut repair, the check-engine light should be on!!! It dos'nt say that in the TSB does it?
I left my car there all day for no reason....and my throttle is pretty sensitive in 1st gear! Are there any key-words or phrases that I should tell these guy to make them fix it! What should I do, what should I tell them? What did you guys that have had this done do differnetly?

I just told them about a severe on/off throttle sensitivity when driving. Also take in the TSB printout you can get in the stickies. And tell that receptionist to kiss your ****. The TSB doesn't mention jack about a light. Ask to speak to the service manager. Good Luck
