Horn fuse(?) problem

Some time ago I put some aftermarket horns on my car and forgot to replace the fuse with a higher rated one . So, when I tried it, the horn fuse blew and both horn connectors went dead. I replaced the fuse with a 20A one and it started to work, but only one of the conectors came back (the one in the grill). On next to the coolant reservoir is still dead. Is there another fuse I'm missing or part of my electrical system is fried ? BTW Panic feature on my remote doesn't work either, but I'm not sure if it is related .

The high horn (by the grill) uses fuse 57, the low horn (and the one connected to the theft circuit) uses fuse 61. Which did you replace?
