Be careful. They are lighter and almost as fast. Should be close.

I started that thread forever ago like when the board just came back up.. The idea got shot down by all the cry babies and old bitter men..... Hopefully we can get a kills section like any real board does!!

You can add the Accord V6 to the Kills section. My wife drives one... so I know what it can do. or can't do... and that's keep up with me. I have raced one ( poor fool) I think that's before everyone knew how powerful the new Max was... I spanked... smoked...dusted his sorry V6.... I have tryed to race others... but they just wont bite anymore.. I guess it's my stillen Kit that gives it away... or my 18" 3pc Lowenharts... with Eibach's... Don't know... but I'll keep on looking for prey.

 

Just be sure to get a good launch since you have an auto. If you get a decent launch, you should win. I had a V6 Accord before the Maxima, so I am pretty sure you can take it. Basically, it all depends on the start. The V6 accords are real slow to get going, but once they hit the middle or top of second gear they start moving. The Maxima is better at delivering torque throughout the rev range.

i sunned the v6 accord auto coupe today. i had wheel spin for the first time today and so did he. i had him from the start. piece of cake PEACCEEEE

 

Two races in one day!!!!

First was this morning on the way 2 church ... dressed in my Sunday best ... @ the lites beside an older POS Z28 or Camaro ... can't remember ... wasn't going 2 go b/c he didn't even look @ me .. but as soon as the lite turned green he was off ... so ... what else was I supposed 2 do? Of course I had 2 teach him a lesson ;-)

Had a nice clean start b/c I totally wasn't expecting it ... drove 2 red-line in first .... I was caught up 2 him by this point ... next in2 second ... & this is where I started 2 pull him in ... heh heh ... he probably didn't expect it from someone dressed in a suit with his sister in the passenger seat on a Sunday ... LUV it!!!

Next ... coming back from a friends place where we had a gr8 dinner ... whatever ... I pull onto the highway & there's this old Corvette ... beauty convertible with the top up ... whipping by (since I live in Toronto I'm going 2 try & convert 2 mph) at at least ... oh s**t ... forget it .. going 2 use KPH ... going @ least 130-140 ... I'm on the ramp @ 80 & drop in2 3rd 2 catch up ... np .... & take him in ... but obviously ... he was just playing ... b/c we lined up beside each other 3 times going about 120 .. from 120-140 ... we're neck & neck ... from there on .. he just LAUNCHED!!! We hit about 200 km/h coupla times .. but I was always a coupla cars ... sheez ... at least 4 cars back ... don't know what it was ... it whipped my butt .. but it was nice 2 c & hear this sucker ... best roadkilled I've ever been!

 

A kid in one of those early 90's hatchback showed off his car by peeling out when the light turned green. It was amazing it peeled for such a long time and seemed to go pretty fast. I know he probably had an intake and did have the exhaust system. What else could this 17 yr old have? Is this the work of nitro shots?
