Urgent..Need help from you experts!

Guys,

This is a follow-up post from my previous post titled "My Tear Stained Face". (Wrecking my new car).

The collision company and Nissan both mentioned something called "Declaration of Lost Value". It's the amount of money that you would lose if I traded in my car after it's repaired because it is wrecked and repaired. The insurance companies don't offer it, you have to mention it (it's not a law that they have to tell you about it).

Has one dealt with this on their wrecks and if so, what amount of money did you get, how was it figured. I have to work with her insurance company (since it was her fault) to get the money and it's something I have to fight for.

Anyone with any info, please let me know! Thanks....
