2000 Maxima --- HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey, dude i have a serious problem with my max. I have a 2000 GLE MAXIMA. And the problem with my max is everytime i accelerate, and then i brake there is a really disturbing sound. like somethings caught between my brakes and struts or something. I took it to the dealer and they said they found nothing. But im thinking maybe my struts are bent and i might need to get 2 new front wheels? Please can you help? thanks

i wouldn't worry about it... you know how hard it is to convince a dealer to by a car back and give you a replacement? They will surely try to fix any problems before it gets to that point.

Yea, about the strut TSB.. I think it was a strut bearing or something. The plate that the strut rotates on so your wheels will turn... It can't be warped rotors because it makes the noise when you accelerate. and it probably sounds like a cracking sound? Could be strut bearing...
