do you have to remove the RSB when lowering the car?

do you have to remove the RSB when lowering the car?

I'm gonna put springs on soon, but do I have to remove the rsb and put it back on?

I don't think lowering your car will lower the rear axle. Lowering springs only lower the body of the car...correct?
