I ditched my Stillen intake because it was too loud for my tastes but miss the extra kick that it had. I want to get a place intake thinking that it would be slightly quieter because the filter is in the bumper. Can someone shed some light on this?

 

You got an auto or 5spd? The PR is going to be as loud as the Stillen POP.

 

Auto. Really? Even though it's all the way in the fender?

 

If you have an auto you should do an OSCAI instead. You will get increased performance and it will still be much more quiet than an PR or Pop.

 

Yeah but I already have the stillen. $hit I guess I just I just want someone to tell me what I wanna hear. I have to come to term with the fact that I'm gonna have a loud a$$ car!

PR CAI is louder than the Stillen cone intake.
especially under WOT...

my Stillen intake was sooo quiet before...
