Deac can you give a review of how your car is running and sounds? You have the whole bolt on exhaust system! What does it sound like with the y-pipe - rt cat- greddy evo?

Ohboiya you too man! How does your car sound now with stock cat/b-pipe with the HKS? Any diff on performance?

i know this thread goes waaaay back but im interested in the sound of the greddy on a max too for a 5th gen maxima. y2kev uploaded an mpeg but its with the supercharger..does the s/c increase noise level a lot? id like to know how it sounds with a y pipe - rt cat - greddy evo and an intake like berk tech or frankencar..thanx

 

It does to some extent... the SC piping resonates and the BOV goes off.

 

The y-pipe with the CAI sounded awesome... It wasn't loud at all it was just right! I always used to describe it as having more of that low-pitch 5.0 growl!
Adding the GReddy added more sound...it was definately louder and took some getting used to but not as loud as some of those guys you hear with a straight pipe...not "bees-in-a-can" loud. Its louder but not that annoying loudness. I love the way my car sounds but its kinda hard to describe.
With the SC like Kev says, you can hear the BOV air flow too! I love that sound!
