Electrical Issue

I just replaced the battery in my car so the battery is brand new, I have gotten the Battery and ebrake light on the dash and i also have gotten the abs and tcs off lights, my car sounds like it struggles to turn over before it finally does. Is it my alternator?

how bad is it to replace, is it just like my last car, loosen the belt, disconnect wires, unbolt from chasis, then bolt new one on reverse order

You have to drain and remove the radiator hoses and loosen the AC compressor. You will have to remove the passenger side tire and splash shields to wiggle it out. It will not be fun and probably take you 4 hrs.
