i checked the sticky on the codes but the links to the FAQ and TSB dont work
i would appreciate any and all help

got my SES diagnosed at AutoZone and it stated that the oxygen sensor 2 in bank one was too slow during testing and a code for H02S12 maximum voltage not met

i have no idea what the second code means.
the first one is obvious and was wondering has anyone changed it by themselves? or if that is even possible?
also, is the MAF goin bad?

Is any of this covered by the emissions warranty?

also, my car is starting to sound like i got an intake or catback in it, even tho its stock

2002 maxima GLE with 70000mi

EDIT: i just noticed that my air inlet box is missing
how and where can i get this piece, also is this causing the codes?
