Seat Heater Not Working

Seat Heater Not Working
Well, I have run out of diagnostic ideas. The seat heater on the driver's seat stopped working. The switch was blown so I replaced it. The new one is good. I checked as much of the wiring as I could get at, and received good circuits at all the times I expected, based on the wiring diagrams. The switch light comes on, but the seat doesn't get warm in either high or low setting. The passenger seat still works but doesn't seem to get very warm, not like I remember it. Then again, maybe its just my memory, but I don't think so.
My assumption is that if either of the heating elements was shot then I wouldn't get a complete ground circuit. But I do. What I am not sure of is if I get enough of a ground, if that is possible. Nothing has happened with the car that could be a potential cause of the problem as far as I know. Basically, the switch light stopped working and the seat wouldn't get warm. I replaced the switch, the light now works but no heat. And yes, I did replace the fuse, but only because I popped it during testing.
Any suggestions? Anybody had a similar problem and resolved it?
Thanks

quick search showed that some other people recently asked the same question and were directed to that thread. i dont think there is a DIY solution though.
maybe give DAVEB a pm about a replacement heater pad
