Where is the temperature sensor for 02/03's?

So it's been a pretty rough couple weeks in the Northeast with the weather. I think the weather is getting to the Max since she thinks its 65 degrees out when it's really in the high 20s low 30s.

Where is the outside temperature sensor on the 02s/03s (manual climate control)?

I believe it's behind the metal cover outlined here:


You can see the harnesses for both of the horns, and a third.

its actually clipped to the radiator i guess and you can see it access it from the lower grill part

sorry for bumping this old thread but i found it and its seems to be in the right position and the temperature sensor is still too high by like 20 degrees, bad sensor maybe or something else????

its in Fah., either way it is wrong since its in the 30s here and its reading 65
