Just got back from SEMA... saw lots of neat things. Saw lots of neat new toys for my Honda.

Saw one maxima. It was at the Nissan area. Had a HKS Supercharger. a 2000 SE. I was expecting to see more Maximas, nope. Only one. about 4 new sentras. One altima. NO mention of the AE Maxima.

But, the coolest Nissan there was... .drums.

The Ultima. That is one badass little car. The dash looks kinda like a 70s buick =)...but, was pretty nice everywhere else.

There was a red F40 which was just kick ***. A few S7s (the Saleen racecar).

Otherwise, pretty ok show. I was really sick of seeing all the focuses (foci?) and new eclipses...but, oh well.

Yes, that was one of the sentras there. Nice paintjob, but, I'm thinking, i coulda had my max out there being showcased if that sentra with stickers, rims, lowered, and a nice paintjob could be showcased!

I checked the Stillen booth (or the only one i found), it was just about brake upgrades?! I didn't see anything else?!

No 300zxs, no RX-7s, one 3000gt, two supras (maybe three), a handful of Skylines, 800 Focuses, 500 Eclipses, 600 PT Cruisers, etc.

A few other really cool cars were two Panoz GT (SCCA race-prepped $54k? race cars)...and a Nissan 240sx? SCCA Club racing car.

I went looking for suspension pieces for both my maxima and my honda. Only thing i found was Tokicos for the maxima.

I didn't dive too much into engine mods or engine performance. I did look for some intakes, but, nothing was found.

Tokico Shocks ?

Hi Solo, what do you think about Tokico Shocks, are they suppose to be good, are they a lot better than factory SE stocks ? Read in one of the threads that Stillen has them for $300 and something the full set.

I personally love Konis. I have them on my CRX and they do wonders. They are only rebound adjustable and have the 3 stage height adjustment, but, man, do they rock.

Tokicos...i dunno. I know the illumina iii's are extremely popular for 86.5-92 Supra owners. mainly because they fit with the adjustable suspension (aka TEMS).

I would rather wait till Koni comes out with a full shock rather than inserts.
