There was one on ebay a month or so ago. You could do a completed items search and email the guy. I think that no one bidded or it didn't ever hit the reserve or something. Worth a shot.

 

There are places that sell replicas. I would imagine that they're upwards of $200 each though. But that sure beats the dealer price or cost of repair.
