New MAF and Reprogrammed, But A Month Later Its Back To How It Was....

Just before Christmas I had a new MAF installed and the computer reprogrammed and I was quite happy, though I could tell right away I might be suffering from the VIAS issue as the top end still wasnt fully there. The shifting problems had dissapeared, the acceleration was much much better, and the throttle response had increased. But about two weeks later I noticed that the shifting problems started to come back, the acceleration was starting to lack again, and the throttle response was going downhill too.

So my question is, what in the heck is going on here? I was so sure this was the answer to my problems, and many many months ago when I posted about my problems on here I was told by many that the MAF was the way to go. But obviously not. Can anyone be so kind to shed some light on what is going on here? Id really like to hear what anyone has to say.

Thanks in advance!
John

Edit: I changed the plugs within the last year and put in NGK Iridiums.

Replaced the coils around a year ago after buying them from Dave from Texas. Replaced all of them at once.
