Why do you even have a hood? Take your hood off that will allow for more air, also get a snorkel for your car to gather as much cold air as possible....

you are probably going to cut a hole in your hood with a hammer hitting oh so hard to just get a hole... then 2 side tape it on a dirty hood which in return, you are going to be "flying" down the highway, racing the Type-R civic... and your hood scope is going to fly off due to lack of contact with actual paint on the hood... and get stuck right in your view, and you are going to fly off a bridge...

Who needs a hood? Hell, I don't even have a roof...replaced it with saran wrap. I have more weight reduction than krismax, now...

 

Damn I'm sorry I didn't know I thought it looked cool and the fact that it adds 10 horse for so cheap it sounded like a good deal.

 

Hood scoops do have benefit to somethings... i.e top mount intercoolers... and don't get me wrong at one point I was going to put a hood scoop on my car for airflow to a top mount intercooler, but because of the fact it would not look too good we didn't do it... this is our mock up picture... which I didn't think looked to bad...

but you are just putting it on there to get more Air to your valve cover...

only difference is, we looked into where we could mount it with the "support beams" and in the end decided it was a bad idea, before we posted on the org, and asked OTHERS opinions, as it doesn't matter our opinions, it is up to you...

Hmm... you should just donate that piece of plastic to a Honda Civic owner or a local Ricer because the hood scoop right there has no functionality like most of the members had said, its true that a functional hood scoop would give you power for example the Subaru STI. On the other hand if your not joking and literally mean what you say you should be slapped with that POS like Sooner mentioned.
