Do you guys think a Max SE fully loaded going for $25,471 +tax&lic is a great deal??? Even though it's almost the end of the year ?

UMD_MaxSE 10-28-2001 12:13 PM

Sounds like a pretty good deal.

considering that the 2k2 model is out, I would say they can go even cheaper than that. Are you sure you would not rather have a 2k2?

no it is not a good deal for 2k1. Depends on your area, though. Check w/other dealers in your area. Here in MD, a stripped-down 2k1 SE 5spd is like $2K under invoice, just under $22K on the road (with taxes&tags) try to aim for 24.5 on the road.

I live in the bay area and I've tried over 4 dealerships and this is the lowest I've gotten. I guess a lot of people are still buying cars here and there is not that much of a car slow down....I'll keep on barganing though.:)

For the Bay Area, that's a great deal.

The cost of living in the Bay Area is way higher than MD.
People working on the same profession earn about $5,000 more

Do the math.
