no it is not a good deal for 2k1. Depends on your area, though. Check w/other dealers in your area. Here in MD, a stripped-down 2k1 SE 5spd is like $2K under invoice, just under $22K on the road (with taxes&tags) try to aim for 24.5 on the road.

 

I live in the bay area and I've tried over 4 dealerships and this is the lowest I've gotten. I guess a lot of people are still buying cars here and there is not that much of a car slow down....I'll keep on barganing though.
