Rear Taillights on a Maxima

Hey whats up guys the meet was hot u all like my new sig pic I'm next to redmaxpa btw there was this guy at the meet who had his rear SE tails painted sterling mist anyone do this and if so any info picture of it is attached....

Now...that is nice.

I think that would look funny on the darker Gray, so I'm glad I went with the 2K2 tail assembly, but wow does that look good on the Sterling Mist.

Good stuff.

I think that looks great. How was it done? I was going to buy SE taillights for my black GXE but if I can paint the ones I have now... How do you do it????

You can't paint the GXE lights. You need the plastic mold from the
SE.

basically you take off the taillights, cover the red parts that you dont want to get painted, then you just use the factory paint and paint them. let dry and re-install them, simple as that.

You got ur 17"s back heh

The guy said he was getting his Stillen kit painted at a bodyshop and asked if they could paint his taillights too. They did.

Yea painted tail lights look hot.
I saw an Icelandic Pearl with painted tail lights and I loved it.
