Alarm Question

Is there a way to disable the lights flashing when the alarm goes off or if the panic button is pressed ? i got a 2000 gle. I want to disable it because of my HID conversion, i dont want to ruin them, its not like it goes off all the time but just when it does.

don't think you should disable it even tho it's bad for the hid. i mean if the alarm goes off or if you press the panic it's suppose to light up to scare away whoever or whatever ya know? the other night while carrying a bunch of groceries i accidently pressed the panic button and my hids went on and off and on and off...looks pretty cool but i know it's not good for them lol

Mine self-destructs when panic goes off.

But I do agree with lowincash. God forbids, but if someone was trying to do whatever to your car and accidentally tripping the alarm, the bright flashing lights would really catch some eyes. And how often would your alarm go off anyway?
