What all is wrong with your max? LOL

AS some of you may know I parted with my 2000 Max GXE which was truly a beater....my first and only car. It saw many road trips, spills(a cooler full of water in the rear seat/floor), crashes, miles, abuse...I just purchased an 02 Acura CL 3.2 Vtec Type S

Well here was my list:
lol i dunno. This is what was wrong with the max:

-Needed MAF- idled @ 1300 RPM! Also needed stock intake setup
-Needed a new auto tranny(was slipping and randomly burning out)...tranny flush didn't help much
-New windshield
-Alignment
-CV Joints and Boots
-Back tan leather on driver seat(whole back of seat is missing)
-Paint removed from driver and rear passanger seats
-Spark plugs(went 149,000 miles on original plugs)
-Oil Change lol
-cup holder cover
-Latches for the rear seats to go down

And the headunit had problems adjusting sound.
-The trunk lid also had dynamat installed that looked really ghetto
-The car was hit in the rear right by some idiot at college(never found out who)
-Hood was keyed by mistake by someone who thought it was someone else!
-front right side had hit a barbed wire fence(driving drunk.....stupid)
-Modded AE headlight mod that had condensation over time

There is a difference between problems and incorrect maintenance. You kinda had both however. BTW, get used to tranny problems if you bought a CL Type-S.

wow no1 even answered the question...

this forum is so off topic and has to much flaming. I enjoyed the learning, but some of you people are just stupid(Sooner). Do you just spend the whole day trying to post *****?

I expect problems witht he CL-S tranny b/c 15% of all cl-s's had tranny issues and there was a recall. I have an extended warranty through the used car lot and the recall through acura.

Everything's wrong with my Maxima.
wheels/tires = yuck/suck
suspension too floaty
bucket seats too firm
MAF/o2 both took a crap
no tint on any windows
A lot of cheap plastic
Fake wood trim
automatic 4sp
FWD
weaksauce MPG compare to a 4banger hybrid
weaksauce HP compare to a v8
weak aftermarket
no FI
boring interior in the back
metal hinges for the trunk instead of struts
hood struts are about to take a dump
headlamps are oxidizing
car was in an accident but was not reported
small emblem
3.0L
no stereo control on steering wheel
didn't come with splash guards/side skirts
all red GLE tails
climate control bulb burned out
missing plastic tabs that hold the liner in trunk
engine bay is dirty
pedals are ugly
turning ratio sucks
not that quiet in cabin
no chrome emblem on steering wheel
honk sounds like crap
no oem key
car remote battery is running low
gauges are lame
no door hinges that can support 200lb men
windshield wipers aren't certify for autobahn speed
single piston caliper

That's most of it but I still got more.
I still love my Maxi. It's just that I love to complain.

Minor door and hail dings
Brakes have plenty of meat but are too noisy (sort of a grinding sound)
Hood has typical Nissan stone chips
Typical VQ35 start-up rattle
Could use new struts

Dunno why Shinjiduo, foodmanry, and SoonerFan all have to be ******** just b/c I bought a different car. I still love the max...I was originally looking for an 02/03 max rather then my acura cl-s. I'm just curious as to what everyone has wrong with their max and haven't read a thread like this on the org.

BTW, my tranny is working just fine. The tranny in my max however was not! SO quit hatin on someone with a diff car that still loves the max, xterra, and 350z!

I'm an *** sue me. It just seems that the point of the thread is more to rub in the fact you got a new car more than anything else. As Soonerfan said: "All cars have problems" and those problems are the result of various factors some in our control some not. To have a general post on our problems seems to be a cover for showcasing the fact you got a new car. Also trust me whatever you did to cause your Maxima tranny to start to go out will surely happen to the far weaker trannys in the CL-S. Especially since those things push about 250+ bhp. Just hope you take more care this time round and to good luck and a long prosperous future with the new whip. (Even though you are rubbing it in)

A truck kicked up a stone that made a pinhole in my drivers side fog light. Anyone have a nice one for sale?

Nothing else wrong except for the parts in the garage patiently wait to be installed.
