191,000 miles on my 03 means way overdue for some seafoam (video)

Hey everyone, its my first post in a long long time.
So I had run seafoam in my gas tank multiple times and 2x in the oil but never ran it into the system. For those of you who don't know what happens just think alot of white smoke. Video seen here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/jason_b...er/2560653624/
Its been over 100k than I've had my performance mods done (hotshot headers and frankencar cb, stage 2 vb. Everything seems to be holding up well and after a tuneup and seafoam my gas mileage has gone from 22.9 to 26mpg. This is with about 75% highway cruising at 72-75mph. The car has new life too!!! There is a definite difference in throttle response. It feels like it did when it was new. I'm hoping to get another 100k on this at least without and major repairs. So far everything I've put into it has been maintenance. +1 for Japan reliability. This really has been a great car and as of last thursday I finally own it. Woohoo!!!

I forgot about seafoam...hmm, I'm not feeling same response I first felt when I bought my car and my gas mileage has been around 21-23...I think I may go this route as well.

i now predict a huge increase in seafoam threads...people forget about it until someone mentions it, then everyone asks about it....

its the black hose that goes from the intake manifold and into the brake booster (the black round thing on the driverside on the firewall)

Sucked it down just like the thread says from the vacuum line or whatever it is. It took a few minutes; once it was sucked down let it sit for 10 minutes. Started it up I held 2-3k for at least a minute while blowing enough white smoke for my neighbor to think my car was on fire then to finish it off decided to make the video. Woohoo! All the smoke is awesome.

To be honest a couple months back when I still had my maxima I tried seafoam twice with really no results. I used a the recommended amount in the brake booster and no noticable difference. Maybe it is just me.

There is nothing magical about Seafoam. It's just oil, alcohol, and naphtha. You'd be better off using a real top end cleaner (which would also not make much of a difference).

people who have actually used it (including service departments) will disagree.

Seafoam works (intake system)...BG44K works (fuel line/injectors)
