vibration after 70mph?
Could also be a sign that the wheel bearings are going although I think you would feel it before reaching 70 mph. Anyway something to else to check if the wheel balance and alignment don't help.
get your wheels balanced, i had the same issue several weeks back...... got the wheels balanced and shaking and vibration is gone, the only thing i still need to do now is to go ahead and finally get an alignment

If you have aftermarket rims you MUST get hub centric rings. I had the same problem after I bought my Max second hand, and the previous owner didn't figure it out either. 15 bucks at Discount tires solved most of the prob. I also had a bend in the aluminum, but I hardly notice it now that I got the rings. I am saving pennies to do the rim later

Your telling me that there isnt one aftermarket wheel that fits properly on the hub?
I am telling you that aftermarket rims usually don't fit the hubs. It's a well known problem on Nissans. If you want to take my word literally, then, fine, you'RE right, there very well might be a rim that fits perfectly on the hub. Nissan makes some, I hear. But you might want to check you'RE grammar before you get all uppity an literal like some grammarnazi. Anyway, I agree, you should have the wheels balanced when putting on the hub centric rings.
Me thinks you missed the point... but back on topic
I think that there needs to be a sticky about tire vibrations. Over the past few weeks I've noticed a whole lot of threads about vibrations in almost every gen forum.
I would just check the the cheapest stuff first. Balancing is pretty cheap normally, but I've had bad luck with the hunter roadforce machines. I won't have my wheels balanced on one of those ever again. I prefer the older machines.
After that you have wheel bearings, bent rims, warped rotors, alignment, tire pressure, and probably a slew of other issues that can cause vibration. It's just trial and error unless you can visually see what's causing the problem.

3. If your going to have an pretentious attitude, learn to AND spell first.

Common chaps..........the FIRST thing you do in this scenerio is to simply swap the front wheels for the rears. Inspect for obvious visible tire/wheel problems during the swap and then go for a drive and see if the front end vibs are gone/different.
I am currently experiencing a vibration after 60 mph. It started right after I got a tire rotation. I took the tires to another shop and had them balanced but there is still a vibration. The guys at the tire shop said there is quite a bit of rust on the hubs because I have chrome covered aluminum wheels sitting on a steel hub. They brushed a lot of the rust off, but it didn't help with the vibration.
My brakes, which are 2 years old now, do pulsate when coming to a stop. My vibration could be coming from warped rotors. It's just odd that my vibration started immediately after a tire rotation.

thansk agian for teh great info, so i have a bent rim, the front drive side oen was bent. dude at the shop bang it as straight as possible and put it on the rear driver side for the time being. went on highway and drove alot smoother. now does anyone have a stock rim for sale?

I'm experiencing the exact same problem after my tire rotation. Thanks for the heads up on the balancing issues, Ill try this first.
same thing with Vibe at highway speeds
I started having vibe issues at highway speeds right after a brake job and tire rotation (should NOT have done both in the same day). Problem is worse in the morning (i.e., cold) but still an issue after warming up. Tires have been balanced twice at 2 different shops and were within 1/4 oz all around. Where else should i be looking next???
