BRAKES

Is there a way to "fix" a brake caliper if it is sticking? Without a rebuild kit ir straight out replacing it

Depends on the reason it's "sticking"

Im my experiance all the Maximas Ive had have terrible rear calipers. Always need to be replaced (same goes for the wheel bearings). Had to replace the driver's rear caliper in Oct and the passanger side is now dragging. They are a very quick swap. Bleeding takes more time than replacing. Also FYI the piston treads into the caliper body so don't put a clamp on it when you open it up. You will need a spaner socket. Channel locks will tear up the seal. Hope this helps.

There are rebuild kits, but personally, I would just repalce. First try disassembling all the pins, re greasing, and reassembling them and see if that helps.
