ny input on these carbon fiber hoods or any other brands that is under $500

my hood is rusted and got an estimate to repaint it and its going to cost $350 so i thought it will be better to install a carbon fiber hood instead so far i got these two from ebay

They should be fine, I would just recommend you also get hood pins of some sort....

when I reach 70 mph on the highway, my hood still moves a little bit.

i don't know much about this, but I'm just guessing, wouldn't you also need to buy new dampeners (i think that is what they are called), because otherwise since the hood is lighter then the stock one, won't it just basically fly up?

you mean hood struts and yes most of us just remove them

Those are just fine. You'll definitely need hood pins and just remove the hood struts and everything should be fine.

Yeah you'll need that too I think and you gotta make holes for the window washer nozzles, unless it comes precut.
