The overlay actually looks pretty good, not sure about the fins though.

Does the vinyl fade over time or not really? Does it come off pretty cleanly?
As long as you remove all water during install, bubbles shouldn't pop out. The vinyl comes with a 6yr outdoor durability. Although it's "glueless", upon removing, it will leave a bit of sticky residue. A little bit of GooGone should be able to take care of it.

I think the purpose of the VG is to reduce drag and spoiler is to keep the rear wheels glued to the ground, but I'm not sure if it will affect the effectiveness of the spoiler. I kinda doubt it, but not exactly sure.

Yeah the VGs should have a actual function, channeling the air correctly and should reduce drag, now how effective will it be, thats to be seen but for now its fun having them.

It shouldnt bubble. Time will tell, we're in FL. It doesnt get as hot as PHX, but you also dont have the humidity.

And about the VGs, they 'claim' to improve mpgs, aerodynamics etc, but its kinda hard to prove that...

Is what i was originally lookin at. I didn't notice that the red bubble was a spoiler already. Must be really weirdly shaped tho. Doesn't make much sense to me, and i like how there is the notation of Hi and LOW, but it actually doesn't show what it is measuring at all lol.

WE. OP likes it, and that is most importent. Plus i don't think most AERO body kits out there really decrease the drag neither, despite the name lol

And thanks for the overlay info! I might go for it once i've got some extra cash again! I wish I could apply for a 700B bailout haha

Should look pretty good with cf trunk and hood.

I dunno if its too late yet, but instead of using hood pins, which i hate the way they look. I think a set like these would be allot better. http://www.deftracing.com/aerocatch_hood_pins/index.htm

Get some vynil for those A pillars. Paint those door handles too!

My headlights are blacked out...I did a two tone affect so from some angles it doesn't look blacked out and some other angles it is blacked out. I just need to clear that damn orange....I regret not doing it when I had it apart.

Yeah I will do the burger.

I would not say it is my style BUT, I feel people need to hear their work is good too. I would not pick it, but the way everything is put together is excellent. All the mods match and nothing looks like it is standing out. Very nice and clean install. That you think it looks great is what counts and the quality of the work is good, nice job

thats gunna look so sick with the dark rims i think a dark gunmetal > black,.. i actually hate u at the moment,.. because this is what i was planning on *one day* doing with my sterling mist car and now u beat me to it,.. and funds just dont allow it at this time any way,.. maybe next summer lol only thing i have over you is something that there is no replacement for... displacement lol

edit: these would look hot,.. and for $146.25 shipped per wheel its a good deal cant wait to see what you choose http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/18-8-...mZ290266996999

I will always love my 3.0 (even my new one with 3.5 cams, oil pump, valve spring, shims )

Those rims aren't bad but I'm not a fan of polished lip. I'm going to paint the rims I have now and see how it works out, I don't plan to keep these rims permanent on the car as I plan to make these my track rims and buy a different set of rims. So if I don't like the black I can always go to something else

I'm bored and trying to be creative, I was thinking of getting a rear WRX window spoiler (it should fit) and get the Carbon fiber center piece with the fins and take them of my roof

Im not a fan of the black roof on 5th gens. The lines dont look right on the quarters. Looks good on cars where there's a defined seam like 6th gens and hondas.
