Need some quick help

Can someone tell me what fuse #16 is (15A) on the interior fuseblock is? THANKS!

Doesn't it say on the inside of the cover?

I searched the pdf FSM, but couldn't find any reference (could be that I didn't search for the right text).

it's the power socket. is there something pluged in?
