Ultimate Tune-Up

What you guys recommend for an ultimate tune up?? I've changed spark plugs, air filter (well the cone), pcv valve thus far and it seems like it holds back in 2nd gear. What more you guys recommend to get her up and going like the maxima i know she is??? I used super and BG 44K fuel additive every 3 months...

Thanks!!!

Cabin filter, oil, trans fluid, and check for a bad 02 sensor because they are known to rob you of top end power and gas mileage.

EDIT::

well now that i re read what i wrote.. ULTIMATE tune up.. i would do all fluids,.. depending on auto/std...

gear oil.. brake fluid.. tranny oil..engine oil.. coolant flush.. maf(prob get the most noticible diff if 00-01).. 6 coils..6 plugs..belt.. O2 sensors 3(fed spec) 4 (cali spec) ,.. fuel pump filter..clean the TB (risky)..PCV..add a HD catch can.. seafoam through the brake booster..im sure theres more i forgot.. but if i was looking for stuff to tune up..that might be some of it..es bushings also maybe?

you can just clean it the MAF, why buy a new one if it's not broken?

Also to the OP I'd clean the MAF, trottle body, tranny flush?

You're right a bad O2 sensor will cause the check engine light to come on, I typed O2 but was thinking KS which won't throw a light.

Because old MAFs lose sensitivity. I cleaned mine with CRC MAF cleaner but did not notice a difference, my car still bogged down at 3,500rpm.

Then I got a new MAF from DaveB and it fixed my issue.

And Maxgig, will a bad secondary O2 sensor reduce top-end or were you referring to just the primaries?
