1990 Flywheel on a 2001 SE?

I am pulling the Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel + Exedy Stage 2 Ceremetallic Clutch Kit from my 2001 AE 5 Spd Max. It has only been in for about 4000 miles, but I am getting rid of the car, so I will be posting the Flywheel/Clutch for sale. I bought a new Exedy OEM Replacement Clutch Kit that I will install.

I Need a flywheel, and I found one from a 1990 Maxima 5-Spd that is in great shape, just needs a resurfacing. My question is, will the Flywheel from the 1990 Maxima work on my car?

I'm trying to figure out if I can resurface my flywheel, I have a 2000 Maxima. Some people said it can't be done due to it being stepped.
