Front/Rear bumper removal

I just got my bodykit painted and when I put it up next to the bumpers, the rock chips and scratches stand out. Squirrel82 who painted my bodykit offered to paint my bumpers but I need to have them removed and brought to him. After much searching, I could not find a How-To. I need help on how to remove them and where all the screws and/or clips are. Thanks for any help in advance.

Ok, on the front you have the pop screws that are on top of the grill, then a screw on either side under the headlights, and then 2 bolts on each corner. There are pop screws all along the bottom of the front bumper attaching the plastic undertray to it. That is it for the front. On the rear you have the clips that you can see when you pop the trunk, then on either side where the bumper comes to a point you can see a bolt on either side. Just remove the nut off of it in the trunk. There is one or two other bolts on either side that you can access through the trunk. I am pretty sure that covers it.

Thank you. This tells you everything. I wish I had this years ago when I stripped my interior.
