Try getting a blade and scrapping it off carefully(wet it too), paint thinner might mess up the paint or surface. I have some paint on the bottom black part of my bumper too, I'm going to try to scrap it off.

Use a NEW blade and lightly scrap it off, all you want to do is get under that layer of paint.

I've done this before, it wont damage the paint unless you press too hard. Don't use thiner as it might damage you finish.

Try "Goof-Off", you can get it at most home centers.

Plastic razor blade, overspray clay or a polishing compound.

I agree IPA ( isopropyl alcohol) will work I used it to get sharpy of my wall and it took the paint off with it lol but its gonna take all the wax off your car so be sure to rewax after.

Yes, rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol takes off latex paint. The longer the latex has dried, the more you have to rub. Been using rubbing alcohol to clean up painting oops for years.

I've seen that happen numerous of times. PITA to clean it of especially if its bright yellow paint on a dark color car. GL

Theres a solution called "Ardex" it might be tough to find in stores so search for it but it should take it right off. Absolutely will not damage car. It's a heavy duty strength rubbing solution

I've used ether (engine starter fluid) to get tree sap off my car after virtually nothing else worked.
