CAI and CA State Emissions
Hi all, i'm planning on getting the PR CAI and was wondering if these were legal in California. Will I be able to pass the smog emmisions test with this on or will I have to take it off and go back to stock to pass the test. Anybody in Cali have this and pass the test without any problems.
And on another side note, any other .org members live in San Diego, CA.
