Car Reflector doesn't even touch the paint. It works great and has saved my hood alot!

You need a 3.5L to go along with that grille.

Are you going to have a writeup on that? Was the original grill hard to cut through?

Looks cool Russ. When I installed my grill I didn't put back the Nissan emblem. Click on my homepage to see my car.

Looks great with the headlights, but I think the Nissan emblem would look better in the center of the grill.

Russ was that an easy install? I was talking with Pillager about his and he said (if I remember correctly) that the stock grill was a b!tch to get off and he had to take the whole bumper cover off.

Oh yea, and how much did that cost?

How does the Carflector mount? Do you have to drill holes?
BTW. Sharp looking car.

Russ,
You've finally come over to the dark side with me. At first everyone was criticizing my grille, but now it seems that everyone likes it. Chucky was the first to post pics of it on his Icelandic Pearl and then mine on a Superblack. They hold up great.

Peace,
Rich

Check out my homepage for pics of my speed grilles. I've had em installed since August.

Speed Grille Installation Write-up

I already posted a write-up in the Installation/How To section back in August. I instructs you how to do it the way it was intended to be installed, by cutting out the original main grille. No write-up is necessary if you simply install it over the original grille. Peace.

There is really no need to remove the stock grill. This one fits right over it and it hides the stock one where you can't see it. Just remove the badge before covering it up. 30 min to install.

Hehe 20 20 questions! Screw and doublesided tape. Yes you have to drill holes under the hood but you won't seee them.

Actually, even if you cut the grill, you won't be able to push it all the way in. The way I have it installed is the max you can insert it into the grill anyways. So why waste the stock grill when you can just tie strap it over the stock one and you can't even tell the difference?

The badge is held onto the car with 3M doublesided tape. I used the same stuff to put it back on the grill.

Yep, 5 tie straps are holding it in place.
