I want to take it off without messing anytyhing up. I dont see screws anywhere so that good. From what i can see its all double sided tape or some super glue. How can i remove the lip without messing anything up. I dont want to mess up my bumper. whats holding it up Glue or tape?

Double sided tape. Be extremely slow. Heat is your friend. You won't mess anything up (ie- breaking anything) but there's a possibility some paint might be peeled off with the tape.

take ur time, if you find any struggle at some points over other, just be patient and keep heating it up till you can EASILY remove it. Patience and it'll come out pretty well

It's double-side taped + 5 screws, which means you'll have 5 holes on your bumper.

IIRC, there should be 2 on each side and 1 in the very middle
