Dave called me and told me bad news.
I was waiting for the engine cover to show up for my max...and then he called
He told me that along with the 95 dollar cover.....I would have to get the mounting hardware....which is another 55 bucks......POOOP! I had a hard time justifying the 95 bucks....but the 55 dollar mounting hardware just put me over the edge. He told me I would need 4 gromets that cost 10 bucks a piece! WTF are 10 dollar gromets doing on my max! No wonder the car costs soooo much!
Well....there is another happy max guy out there that is getting my cover as I type for the 150 dollars that I refused to spend. I figure I can find something better to spend my hard earned money on than that!
