Is it safe to drive my car??

Well, cat back/ muffler the previous owner had on the car wasn't doing it for me. Looked like garbage, didn't sound the best. So i chopped axle back off and was planning on getting my new muffler in 2 days after. Long story short now I gotta wait another week until it arrives..

Here's my concern. Back pressure. Anyone know whether or not i'm getting enough w.o my axle back? car doesn't even have a main cat or resonator, So all i've got are precats... And i'm not looking at screwing up my valves. Anyone know a safe well way of testing back pressure? Also any opinion on this matter would be extremely helpful.
Thanks.

Nothing will get screwed up. You can run straight empty piping from catless headers all the way to a muffler and have no problem. Theres even people who have an exhaust cut out after the headers to run open headers at the track. It doesn't hurt your car at all. Don't get drawn into the "back pressure" myth.

the only problem i can think of is carbon monoxide in the cabin because the exhaust isn't being routed all the way out the back. it would be an issue if you were idling for a long time and there was little to no wind other than that you're fine

Also one last question. Should I be skeptical about brake lines and gas tank near it? It doesn't point towards them however is close to both. And With air gettin threw should I be worried?
Thanks.

I got intake/ deleated res and cat. No axle back atm. However my friends 6mt max can walk me. My maf atm is NOT strong. However I somehow managed to beat a auto 4d g35.. So i'm not in the biggest rush to run yet. However I wouldn't mind going just for the fun.
datdude have any videos of his run?

Liar*
And I thought you were reffering to me lol, however only thing keeping me from running track is the pos wheel hope I get from 1st to 2nd.. Guess it's just a maxima thing. Already broke a few exhaust brackets from speed shifting.. And i've been putting my car threw some abuse lately lol. But more than likely ima wait till i'm almost outta gas and fill some racing octane and ride out next friday? Videos will be up

There's no problem running without a complete exhaust. It'll just be really loud. I once took one of my mustangs to the exhaust ship with just headers and it sounded like a drag car.
