Why don't you read up a little? You could go with a -20 offset if you want but it will poke unbelievably. Will it fit, yes. Will it look retarded? You bet.

Realistically, a +30 offset will be very aggressive. Please, dear God, do NOT put huge chrome rims on. I don't like rims above 19" on the Maxima, but that's my personal opinion. Just don't gay up the car with some "baller" rims.

Thanks man.
Hell I feel you, there is no need for all thatt.
I see that most people go with a 18x8 rim & thats sounds good to me.

Man im sick of hearing a lot of you "purists" hating on large rims. Not everyone on here has the inclination or money for a fully modified engine and exhaust to burn rubber off the line all the time. "Baller" rims LOOK better than smaller rims that havnt been slammed upon plain and simple. I understand why you dont have large rims if you are going for the best hp/weight ratio but jeeze ease up, viperboy certainly isnt the only one talking smack either.

Please, dear God, do NOT make your car look like everyone elses just for acceptance, but thats just my personal opinion.

Ima keep ballin' on dubs yo.

[Insert Maxima with sh1tty chrome rims here]
I didn't want to do the world another disservice and quote that picture...

Looks like ****, but that's just most people's opinion.

OP take note... Don't go with rims like posted above.

Wow Diaperboy, seems like you and your sleeper need a nap.

Funny how you are trying to throw your baby blanket over everyones eyes and speak for the whole community.

Who are you trying to convince? Isnt this forum supposed to be for people to post their experiences, questions and rides without being shat on by lonely people like you?

You are one of the LAST people who should be speaking about what peoples maximas should look like considering yours appears BONE STOCK and boring as hell. I dont think id give it a second look except to say... look at that tard with the tinted windshield, i hope he gets in an accident.

you should save your hating for yourself.

I hate it when ppl rice out the car i own.....nissan stockers look x092875982598526 times better than those hideous wheels, if you want big wheels fine, but atleast get some that are classy and suit the maxima...when I see rims like those I think he just wanted big chrome rims so he can basically ride around and be like "hey look at me, I'm balling cuz I haz teh chrome dubs" lol

I would say 70% of people on here would say it looks like ****
, because frankly, it does.

It looks bone stock because I want it to look bone stock. I don't need people commenting on how bad my car looks with huge *** chrome rims. You keep thinking that as I walk you, buddy. I think it's prettyt safe to say that most people on here would take a stock looking car over a car like yours.

Feldman-- Haha, hating on the clear tails too? IMHO i have THE cleanest tail lights of ANYONE on the org.! Obviously there is going to be differences in opinion and you probably wont respect mine. At least you seem to acknowledge the definition of one tho. Still Im not surprised to get criticism from another stock looking max. (nice halos tho)

Tuner, how about you post a picture of a "classy" 20" rim, platters perhaps? The maxima is an aggressive car, and the agressive rim works. So Funk yall! My car is clean, mean, keeping with a chome theme.

Hey Viper, I'm looking at your sig image... did you paint those factory rims that frosty white, or is it just the way the rims look in that light?

Whichever the reason, they look real good.

Plenty of information pertaining to this in the Stickies here (hint - look for the link to the Wheel Fitment thread) and in the Wheels and Tires forum:

If you can't abide by some simples rules here, rules that you agreed to when you signed up, maybe you should reconsider your participation in this community. Please consider this a friendly warning.

And the rest of you, please play nice and keep it civil. I know there are differences in opinion, but there is a mature way to disagree without the ****flinging.
