...if a 2k2 front bumper goes on 2k1 a/e???

 

Why would you want to in the first place? I mean as an AE owner myself, why have spent $$$ on a limited edidtion car to go and turn it into some kind of hybrid mutt?

Opinions aside, I would imagine it would fit, but have concerns over whether the AE body kit on the rest of the car would look incomplete (or do you plan on reinstalling the air dams etc. on the new bumper?).

 

Based on the fact that the side panels appear to be the same, I would surmise through mere logic in regards to mass production and assembly line best practices, that the new bumber from the 2K2 will fit an AE. I could not be sure without taking the bumper off of my AE and having a 2K2 bumper their to check the mounts, bolts, etc.

However, why would you ruin best looking stock front end on the 5th generation Maxima?
