Fastest 5.5 auto

O.k fellas i have a question... Here in MD we have an annual Import vs Domestics track event, its not really about imports vs domestics because domestics are always faster, its moreso about seeing some of MD's finest... anyways my question to you guys is... what is the recorded fastest 5.5 N/A Automatic that drag???... so far the fastest i know in this category is 1sexyleo (Girl) who is also in MD that runs a 13.66@101 or something like that.. im actually going to try and break that record this coming November 7th or 8th, and hope i can have it on video... now if you guys know of any faster 5.5 auto's then please lemme kno... just my lil goal

Somebody ran 13.5 in an auto 5.5 gen. He's an OG member and I cant remember his name. 1sexyleo should know.

Edit: It was Jime with a 13.3@103. BlubyU ran a 13.5 and 1sexyleo ran 13.6.

Mannn strip the trunk take the rear seats out, lighter wheels, and take any little thing you can take off off and you'll save alot of weight.

well in all honesty, its not fair to compete with the canadian cars, Jime ran 10's there but when he was here at maxus there was no 10 seconds to be found... the air helps there... IIRC she has I/H/E pulley advance timing and a shift kit

oh for sure man... i wanna get to the track to get a couple of times before i throw anymore mods on... i do however need some tires though... im already going to order a pulley and a hi flow cat... and try tuning with my VAFC, see where im at and hopefully add a couple suttn suttn ... i wanna take the seats out, but in all honesty, if i cant get the record with street trim then it doesnt mean much to me... if thats what the other guy did, then i dont care too much

why do you think you need a high flow cat, oem cat is fine. a pulley might give a few more HP, you need a 6spd

I'd like to state.. for the record that i am in possession of the SLOWEST 5.5 Auto on earth.

I'm amazed that these things can actually run low 14s, much less crack the 13s whenever i drive mine.

I know an 11 second one personally and see him regularly. Good luck though! You will absolutely need forced induction btw.

No kidding, street racing and going to the strip is like night and day. Wearing a helmet, windows closed all the little things you don't think about make it much harder at the track
