whats everybody's average mileage per year?
 

I have a 2k2 which I purchased in 10-02 with 60 miles on it, and now as of 12-1-02 I have 4,102 miles, do I drive alot or what?? who can beat my mileage? it will make me feel alot better, i feel like taking the bus now, I drive tooooo much, I LOVE THAT CAR!!

I bought my 2K max in September '99... i have 41K on it now...

41k in 2 years!

about 20,000 miles a year. bought my 97 se in march of 2000 with 70,000 miles. and now december 2001 i have 103,000

I bought my 2K2 on Oct 29 and as of today I have 1400 miles. You guys drive too much.

Bought my 02 max 11/21/01 and have 536.4 miles on it :D . I am parking it for the winter in a few weeks though.

I drive about 14-15,000 miles a year. I don't think thats so bad.

Bought my 2k in April with 28,000 on it. It now has 53,000 on it! Yep that's right 37,500 miles a year average so far. Imagine if I didn't car pool?

bought my 01 in december 2000 brand new, now has 16,500.

I used to have a 95 maxima and we used to take out a wire that would shut off the speedometer and at the same time would also shut off the mileage counter, so we could prolong our warranty:D . Anyone know if that can be done on the 5th gen?

oh yeah dont worry about being the one who bought my 95, i totalled it:D

After 10 months of driving, I have put 5300 miles on (and I did not leave a zero off). :)

I've had mine since sept. of 99 and I've got 46,400...

...Recently I've actually started to drive less too....


so at that rate in 5 years the car should be worth about nothing :)

I bought my '01 on 9-11-01.. As of today, I have 8,465 miles on it. And I purchased it with 15 miles to start.. So basically I'm doing about 4K a month :eek:

about 20k+ miles per year.

I bought my '02 GLE on 11-10-01 and have 2200 miles on it in about 4 weeks.:D I guess i drive too much.:o I'm just glad I'm not leasing this car.:laugh:

I bought mine early april this year and it had 12000 miles on it, right now i have 37000 on it so thats 25000 in 8 months, I LOVE DRIVING IT.

I have 49000 miles. I bought in august of 99 a 2k max. so 19,600 per year.

now thats low...

at my rate in 10 months i'd be at 20k miles.

2k bought in august of 2000, just hit the 20k mi mark. Thats 16K/year. Love driving it, but get a rental car whenever can. Maximas depreciate in value a lot with high mileage. I don't plan on keeping it forever @ same time want to get smthg for it when trading in.

I bought my max on May 10 '01 with 0miles and i Have 26,500 on it now. Avereage 4,000 miles per month...I had my car out for two weeks after an old lady t-boned me

For most cars these days, I don't think that it can be done. To my understanding, the computers in the cars these days keep track of driving habits and can give an error message if something doesn't match up internally with the reported mileage.

I drive 86 miles each way to work everyday. 172 mile per day. 5 days a week...52 weeks in a year.. You do the math :)

Approx 44K a year and maybe 40k if we factor in a vacation or 2:D

22,500 the first year. Since I got my own place on July 15, 01 I've driven 21,200. I put 2,000 on the loaner the dealer gave me for dropping my car and 19,200 on my car that I got back on July 26
