Any money for core?

This may be a silly question, but thought I'd ask. I recently replaced my CV axles. Bought them from a place that didn't charge for core. Can I get any $$, or in store credit, by taking these old axles somewhere that sells refurbished axles? I certainly wouldn't expect to get much, and I'm guessing the answer is no...but thought I'd ask and wanted to check before I junked them.

There are places that rebuild them which may give you a couple of bucks for them. Look up different driveline places in your area.
