Only the right hand side of my A/C Lights are on

The left side of my manual A/C controller and two buttons are off..The right side buttons do light up. Does anyone have an idea which bulb I will need? Is it simple to remove the bezel to replace the bulb?

thanks in advance.......

You need to search next time

Its fairly simple, pull the trim off as if your removing the radio and remove the radio, it reveals all the screws needed to remove the climate control (4 of them), pull it out, there are screw all around it, remove them and the plastic cover should come off fairly easy.

These bulbs burn out easy, I suggest using LEDs.

Just my experience. It is a real pain to do this work. Removing the upper vent is a real challenge - you have to give it quite a tug to free it. After that removing the radio assembly is straightforward.

You have to remove the assembly to get at the 4 screws holding the a/c controller.

Then you have to remove 4 screws on the AC that frees the plate covering the bulbs.

I bought the bulbs from Nissan - they are LED and cost about $8 each from Nissan. They pop out easy enough but are a little tough to get back in place (they twist lock into place). They are made of soft plastic and screwing them doesn't quite work and they are too shallow to really use pliers.

Then you reverse everything to put them back.

I would suggest disconnecting the power and being very gentle with the radio - I have the 6 CD unit and now I'm getting the dreaded ERR F0. I foolishly left the power on and while trying to free the vent I kept hitting the CD load unload buttons.

i put led's in mine. It may take some searching around here but there are some led's built into the little base that you can buy somewhere on the internet. They look really good. clean white, not blue like they do on the dash.

I wish i could be more help or had a link but i know it is around here somewhere

We have the light on the left side of the AC/heat slider out, too. We opted to leave it out, based on the hassle factor of disassembling everything just to replace a little light. It's not like we NEED the light.

Now, the right (tach) side of the gauge bezel, that's a different matter. That been off, intermittently, for a long time now. I've taken the thing apart and the bulbs on that side look fine. I'm thinking that problem is a loose connection down in the harness somewhere.
