abs sensor insanity

abs sensor insanity
Can anyone please tell me why the front right abs sensor for a 3.5 A/T costs approx. $250.00. This is crazy considering any other sensor including the same one for a M/T is only $140.00.
Also, anyone have a decent source on one of these. I have checked Courtesy, Dave B, and Rock Auto. Dave is the cheapest so far.
