Moved into a 5th Gen. Titanium Edition :-)

Well i sold my 4th gen SE and was out of the maxima scene for a while, while i was paying off my Mach 1. A week after that happened, i finally got a daily driver. Was looking for a black on black, preferably 6 spd with the LSD. Until i came across a Titanium Edition, with only 93K miles on it. Drove for well over an hour to look at it and i was happy enough to buy it. It's filthy, going to the detailer Thursday AM.
I'm looking for a set of wheels for the spring, but having a hard time figuring out what will look right with the polished titanium paint. Thinking of going 18 G35's. I already did the fog light mod, and ordered 2 new 8K headlight bulbs, and a 8K fog kit. Would like to tint it and lower it and then i'd probably be happy.
any input or ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks

Very nice... love the Mach also. Looks like the Max has aftermarket or replacement exhaust. Put an intake on it, you will love it.

Car looks good. TE interior looks nice and refined

Stillen front lip and 00-01 tail lights would be a nice touch.

Very nice, looks like mine did when I first got it. Definitely tint the windows and lower it, the G35 18" rims sure do look nice on this car, there are few guys up in Toronto that have them. I kind of like the OEM rims my self but the G35 rims would be my next choice. Perhaps add a short ram intake, FSTB some NWP spacers and the VIAS block off plate and you may wish to either go with a full cat back or at the very least change the B pipe to get rid of the squash section in the OEM one to assist in the breathing of the exhaust.

thanks guys. i never really thought about doing an intake. Does it really do anything? If i didnt have a blower on my mach, i'd probably have the stock intake with the silencer removed, and a drop in K&N.
And yeah the exhaust is def a cheap replacement, just has 1 tip :-(

This a video clip of my exhaust, B pipe swapped, resonator deleted and a stealth Vibrant performance twin 3" tips muffler - as for the short ram it adds a very nice growl to the engine and perhaps gives you an extra 8-10 horse. You may also wish to do a timing advance to 17*

Don't mean to thread jack but how do you like your Tein S.tech/GR2 setup?

Nice TE! How far are you looking to go as far as modding? Seeing as how it looks like you already have a pretty fun Mustang

Second time this week I saw a "look at my new maxima" thread parked next to their Mustang. There's one over in the 6th Gen forum.

What is it about Stangs and Maxima's?

Both very respectable rides, Josh. But a "Mach I" sticker on a Nissan...? Now that you've got that TE, you're going to have to put a "4DSC" sticker on the Ford.

Maximas are a great DD. They're good on gas, well, better than the mach. And they're still fast. Plus its FWD, its snowing up here today, should come in handy.

And for the Mach 1 sticker, i have to rep the mach. 450 wheel hp is just too much fun. And ill put a 4DSC sticker on once you guys finally settle on one and have it made! HA!

Touché, Josh. I'm liking you already.

Oh. Just checked out your stats... I missed your statement on top here. You were a 4th Gen owner. I get it now. Used to drive a '99 SE 5MT myself. Great car, but it was a lease (10 years ago), and the buyout was upside-down.

Welcome to the 5th Gen forum, Josh.
