Extending 02 length?

Headers will be in within 3 days and i'm trying to have everything ready before-hand. Question for you guys, how long did you guys extend the 2 o2 sensors that needed to be extended? Obx headers btw. Or should I just find another maxima parting out and take the 2 o2 sensors and solder them and ziptie the extra wire somewhere safe?

Thanks,

Also wondering where you guys got the wiring from? Did you take it off another max? Are all 02 wiring the same in the 5th gen, or different from the 3.0-3.5 models?

soldering is a PITA because the wire is stainless steel. try to find a set of posi-tight connectors, it's what bosch uses for replacement o2's when they don't supply the connection harness.

Yeah. I used those crimp on connectors that can be heat-shrinked until some goo sealant oozes out. Then you're good to go.
