How much do the stock 17's weigh?

Does anyone know how much the stock 17's weight? The new ones i am getting at 18 X 7.5 and they are 24 lbs each with out tires. Anyone know how much they would weigh with tires? Please advise. Thanks

stock 17's with tires are close to 50 lbs... the rims you are getting will probably be lighter than that with a set of tires...

Holy $hit. I know that the 3000gt vr4 18's were pigs at 54 lbs each, but wow. I didn't think they were that much. Oh well. Glad my new ones will weigh less and hopefully make my car a little quicker. Thanks for the info.

Lighter wheels and tires won't do much to actually make the car faster, but they will go a long way towards improving handling, since they reduce the unsprung weight. If you do get significantly lighter setups, then you should consider changing the shocks to something with faster valving to avoid losing that advantage.
