No, they are OEM tails with BlueBatMobile turn signal overlays.

 

It looks good. As much as I hate the stock 02/03 tails those are the best I've seen.

I still think I'm going '00 red on mine..

Think I liked it better without the lip, essential. More classy looking that way.

 

I'm seriously thinking about getting rid of it too. It does look more classy without it. I'm gonna get another stock bumper and send this one with the lip to a bodyshop to finish it off. I'll decide then. If anything i'll sell it. I cant get into the wendy's or the taco bell close to my house anymore.

Everywhere I go people tell me not to get rid of it though.
