Wheel Spacers...
I have -18x7.5 35mm and tires are 225/40/R18 running 20mm rear spacers.... still room for a tad more mm in the back on that setup. hope that helps.
That being said I would say 20mm rear spacer would be close if they are 45 offset. If your willing to roll fenders you may be ok. If not willing to roll them i would play it safe and do 15mm spacers, if you don't install extended studs with the 15mm spacers you should be able to clear those dust covers with 5mm spacers on the existing studs.
Truly theres only one way to find out though. By measuring.

10mm front and 20mm rear. I have +45s and using 10mm front and 25mm rear I had to roll the rears AND center the beam for them to not rub. In the front though with +45 I think you would be safe with 15mm but it might look funny
What do these look like without the optional lip? Any pictures the actual wheel? No clue about your spacing issue...rollin on stocks myself.
